Fairwave Media (US/South Africa) is a Black American owned and operated global entertainment agency focused on Africa, which facilitates its booking and tour logistics services as International Artists Africa (IAA) agency.
Fairwave Media South Africa (FMSA), with services trading as International Artist Agency (IAA), is its South Africa registered entertainment agency that was formed in 2015.
Our core capabilities are Entertainment Strategy, Talent Acquisition, and Tour Management all focused on making Africa concert touring more efficient and cost-effective, creating a more fair and equitable touring ecosystem to expose local talent outside of Africa.
In South Africa, we are a level 4 BEE certified company and understand the importance of economic empowerment and social economic transformation.

As a musician with an engineering/IT degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology in the U.S, Ajani Sandridge has combined his passion for music and technology focused on Entertainment property development, talent acquisition, and partnerships with over fifteen years’ experience in over 25 countries with international brands and GRAMMY® Award winning artists.
